woman, me and cooking..

usual entry is about life..friendship..career..frustration..bla bla bla...
today's entry lain ckit..it's about me and cooking..=)

for woman cooking is a responsibility but for man it's a passion..that's why all world famous cooks are men...however that's not the issue in this entry..

i admit im lazy whenever my mami is around..
bukan ape..she's the best cook in this whole world...u name it she can cook it.. from eastern to western..i really admire her skills in cooking and doing woman's stuff..menjahit..mnyulam..mengait..mengemas..membebel..(ehhh???...sorry2 gurau2 mami)

unfortunately i dont get the entire skills..i know how to mnjahit mnyulam but only a lil bit.. :(

i know how to cook but not as delicious as mami cooks..cukup kenyang kan perut la org kata...
but i'm willing to learn..cuma lately ni slalu mkn luar la sbb tnggal my papi mami n me..
all the lori sampah..(my big n lil brother) are not around..
mami kta msak lgi bnyk modal..so makan luar la..

aku malas masak tpi bukan xreti masak..xcaya tnya budak2 umah aku hihihih...
the diligence come if i stay alone...bukan ape kalo ada mak ni dia bgantung je kt mak...

ok as my mami is not at home so it's my experiment time heheheh...
try smpai meletup dapur...ok starting tomorrow i'll become suri rumah tangga..(tnggal carik husband) so i have plenty of times to try and error heheh..

first i'll start with the dishes that i'm familiar with..(menu2 masa kt umah sewa)

ok menu to be listed:

• black pepper beef,
• chicken soup,
• chicken @ beef with oyster sauce..
• mixed vege..
• ikan sambal..
• tempe ikan bilis kacang sambal..
• my favourite PEGEDIL..but here people call it as BEGEDIL..
• chocolate cake..
• mixed fruit cake..
• currypuff..
• dadih..

and menu to be experimented..

• ayam ungkep (resepi zira)..asam pedas hold dulu hihihi
  
• ikan 4rasa..(3 rasa + 1 xda prasaan)..
• rendang
• kuah lontong
  
• kari2..(i really dont know how to cook dish with coconut milk)
  haru oooo kalo mak mertua suh msak kari2...

who says it's easy to become a housewife?..24/7/365/seumur idup are the working hour time haaaaa...
so suami2 jangan derhaka kt isteri....hahahaha...

this is one of the ways to show my love to my family...for me it's a satisfaction to see them eat while being silent..(sama ada sedap or nak jaga hati) hahahha lawak plak rasa..
